Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services' Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for Neuro Home & Community work. Part Time / PRN role with flexible schedule and autonomy, focused 1:1 patient care in home and community settings.

You will help patients rebuild communication, thinking and swallowing in real life after neurological injury, with clinical autonomy and meaningful neuro rehab work.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid SLP license in current practice states.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for speech, language, cognitive and swallowing disorders.
• Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans and attend staffing/family conferences.
• Discharge evaluations with recommendations for home safety and resources.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to improve patient outcomes.
