Dignity Health - Outpatient Center in Henderson, NV is seeking a Patient Service Specialist for the Adult Neuro Department. This front desk role handles patient check-in, appointment scheduling, and insurance verifications in a Monday–Friday schedule with some Saturdays required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance verification is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Greets patients with exceptional customer service to create a positive patient experience.
• Answers phone and schedules appointments.
• Uses medical office software to schedule new and follow-up appointments.
• Performs insurance verifications, referrals, and pre-authorizations.
• Checks patients in at arrival and collects co-pays.
• Performs daily billing tasks and coordinates with central billing office.
• Collaborates with clinic staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
