Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• 3–5 years in acute care Neuro environment or equivalent.
• Advanced leadership abilities including strategic thinking, change management, and team empowerment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, organize complex workflows, and maintain operational control.
• Proficiency in interpreting clinical and operational data, identifying trends, and developing evidence-based improvements.
• Familiarity with healthcare information systems and analytics platforms; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide accountability for clinical operations and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Lead initiatives to improve patient safety, outcomes, and service excellence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement performance improvement strategies based on metrics.
• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff and PCCs; foster a culture of excellence.
• Coach PCCs in leadership and team management to optimize care delivery.
• Drive associate engagement and retention through positive work environments and recognition of performance.
• Oversee staffing models, scheduling, and resource allocation for efficient workforce utilization.
• Participate in annual budget planning and align with organizational goals.
• Serve as a role model for nursing professionalism and ethics.
