Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required; Master's preferred.
• Registered Nurse license for Tennessee; active status required.
• BLS certification; ACLS or cardiac/critical care credentials preferred.
• Nursing Administration board certification or national clinical certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for 24/7 clinical care delivery.
• Develop Associates, mentor staff, and optimize resource utilization.
• Lead initiatives to improve patient safety, outcomes, and service excellence.
• Oversee budgeting, financial performance and data-driven improvement projects.
• Maintain regulatory readiness and lead implementation of new technologies.
