• Proficiency in interpreting clinical and operational data, identifying trends, and developing evidence-based improvements.
• Familiarity with healthcare information systems and analytics platforms; strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Required - Acute care Neuro environment 3-5 years.

• Skilled in managing multiple priorities simultaneously, organizing complex workflows, and maintaining operational control in dynamic clinical environments.
• Proficient in interpreting clinical and operational data, analyzing trends, drawing actionable insights, and developing evidence-based improvement plans.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with healthcare information systems and analytics platforms.
