Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field with 1 year of experience.
• Advanced (beyond basic lab training) can be accepted in lieu of experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and bank human iPSC cultures.
• Support and optimize neural differentiation workflows.
• Perform molecular and cellular biology experiments.
• Support CRISPR-based genome and epigenome perturbation studies.
• Perform microscopy and quantitative cellular phenotyping.
• Maintain accurate experimental records and inventories.
• Help establish reproducible protocols and QC procedures.
• Participate in laboratory meetings and collaborative research.
• With experience, train junior laboratory members.
