Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in field of specialty or 2 years' experience in network management & support.
• Understanding of WAN/LAN technology, configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of network security and firewall concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support data and voice networks including patching, testing and installation.
• Create documentation for end users and IT staff.
• Manage IT incidents and ticket management.

Skills
