Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in field of specialty or 2 years' experience in network management & support.
• Solid understanding of WAN/LAN technology and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Layer 2/3 Switching required.

Responsibilities

• Support D.A. Davidson’s data and voice networks.
• Create documentation for end users and IT staff.
• Troubleshoot various networking issues.
