Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience or equivalent with a high school diploma.
• Active security certification (DoD 8570 IAT Level II) or equivalent.
• Strong leadership for multi-location teams and enterprise networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-location engineering and operations teams, internal and subcontracted.
• Maintain secure enterprise network environments for mission-critical ops.
• Oversee 24/7 network operations and Tier 2/3 support activities.
• Review and implement network configurations for large-scale deployments.
• Validate upgrades in test environments before production.
• Coordinate deployments, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across teams.
• Monitor security compliance and adherence to standards.
• Troubleshoot routing, switching, crypto devices, and network transport.
• Use automation tools to streamline tasks and improve efficiency.
• Develop reports on network health and status for leadership.
