• Installs, configures and maintains network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless APs).
• Performs routine maintenance on network devices and ensures proper function.
• Monitors network performance and troubleshoots issues.
• Implements and monitors security measures to ensure network security.
• Provides hardware and software support, installing and troubleshooting network equipment.
• Assists with user training on equipment usage.
• Manages and prioritizes work orders and documents resolutions.
• Assists with setup and maintenance of user accounts and access controls.
• Provides on-call and after hours support.
