Community Health Systems, Inc. in Corsicana, TX is seeking a Network Technician to maintain and optimize computer systems, hardware, and peripherals, while supporting user accounts, rights, security, and groups.

You will diagnose issues in virtual desktops, server and network environments, and configure routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. Ideal candidates hold an Associate degree in IT/CS and relevant certifications, with 2–4 years of PC hardware experience; on-call and

Qualifications

Associate degree required or equivalent in IT.
2–4 years of PC hardware experience preferred.
Experience with network hardware configuration.
Familiarity with Windows/Linux platforms.
Certifications such as CCNA or MCDST preferred.

Responsabilités

Maintains and configures network systems.
Installs, configures and maintains network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, access points).
Performs routine maintenance on network devices and ensures proper function.
Monitors network performance and troubleshoots issues.
Implements and monitors IT security measures for the network.
Assists with setup and maintenance of user accounts, permissions and access controls.
Provides on-call and after-hours support.
