Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience as a Network Technician.
• Ability to perform identified Move/Add/Change (MAC) activities.
• Experience with ITSM and ServiceNow problem tickets.

Responsibilities

• Perform first responder duties for ITSM and ServiceNow tickets.
• Support installation and modification of network infrastructure.
• Monitor network activity and isolate problems.
