Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain professionalism while managing service requests in various environments.

Skills

PC and printer troubleshooting experience

1 year of I.T. or Telecom experience

A+ Certification

Network+ Certification

5+ years verifiable field experience in I.T./Telecom
