Job summary

Encore Technologies is seeking a Network Technician to assist in designing, implementing, monitoring, and maintaining enterprise network infrastructure. This role provides hands-on experience with routing, switching, wireless, security, and network operations.

You will collaborate with senior engineers and multiple teams to ensure reliable and secure network services, handle incidents, and help with network upgrades and documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Networking, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in network engineering, administration, IT infra, or related technical role.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP, Ethernet, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and subnetting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure.
• Support enterprise LAN, WAN, wireless, VPN, and Internet connectivity.
