Fame Computers, a leading IT & Telecom Services provider is looking for a Network Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to install and maintain LAN Cable, Voice and Data Network, IPTV, Coax TV and CCTV Camera Systems. We offer excellent benefits and competitive salary.

Responsibilities:

• Install Structure Cabling for Telecom Systems (Telephone Systems (NEC, Mitel, Phonesuite, etc.), WiFi Systems (Cisco, Meraki, Ruckus etc.), TVs & Displays (LG, Samsung, etc.), Surveillance Systems, Low Voltage Cable (Structure Cabling)) in the following industries: 1) Hospitality, 2) Healthcare, 3) Enterprise
• Assist with maintaining network LAN / WAN infrastructure and systems for small, regional, and large office and call center environments.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting to identify, resolve, and provide root cause analysis of network related issues.
• Participate in and respond to system and network incidents.
• Minimal travel as required to support troubleshooting and fixing network issues.
• Support a data and voice network infrastructure by using network monitoring and management tools.
• Perform system and network analysis by using well defined toolsets for proactive monitoring, troubleshooting and incident response (packet capture, application performance management, syslog, netflow etc).

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent and one year network technician experience.
