Job summary

CLAAS of America Inc. North America offers a Network & Systems Support Specialist Trainee role as part of a 12–24-month professional development plan within the NA IT Department.

Participants will gain hands-on experience while developing specialized IT skills across hardware, software, and network systems. The program emphasizes practical work, training, and cross-location collaboration across North America; travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, MIS or similar field required or highly preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience preferably in an industrial environment.
• Good knowledge of standard desktop and laptop systems.

Responsibilities

• Supports North America IT needs including deployment of new sites and devices.
• Coordinates with Global IT resources to resolve local problems.
• Provides technical assistance and training to end users and prepares documentation.
• Performs basic network troubleshooting and supports security procedures.
• Travels up to 20% to other North American locations as needed.
