Job summary

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's in CS/IT, 3+ years in banking IT, and 5 years managing computer resources with strong IT security knowledge, ready to work outside standard hours and collaborate across IST functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in CS/IT.
• Minimum of 3 years’ banking IT experience.
• Five years managing computer resources and systems, including networks.
• Knowledge of Bank operations.
• IT security concepts and FFIEC guidelines.
• Strong analytical, managerial, planning, problem solving & organizational skills.
• Extensive knowledge of computer hardware & software.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Able to work off-Bank hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced desktop and server support for end users and systems.
• Administer Active Directory and related services.
• Deploy workstations and perform preventive maintenance.
• Escalate and troubleshoot server, application, and hardware issues.
• Assist with security, audits, and risk assessments.
• Maintain documentation, procedures, and system tools.
• Participate in selection of new applications and hardware.
• Support Business Continuity planning and testing.
• Ensure timely renewal of support contracts.
• Backup for Help Desk and security monitoring.
