Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure experience; banking experience preferred.
• Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Windows servers, networking, and core infrastructure technologies.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support the Bank’s network, server, and cloud infrastructure to ensure secure, reliable operations.
• Manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Windows servers, virtualization platforms, and related enterprise systems.
• Monitor system health, backups, alerts, and perform troubleshooting, maintenance, patching, upgrades, and configuration changes.
• Maintain technical documentation, asset inventories, CMDB records, and network/system diagrams.
• Provide escalation support and advanced end-user assistance for complex issues and outages.
• Support information security, access controls, vulnerability remediation, and audit readiness.
