Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of IT experience supporting an enterprise data and voice network.
• CCNT certification required.
• Ability to travel to bank sites and work extended hours.
• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd-level maintenance and support for an enterprise Cisco LAN/WAN system including after hours if required.
• Assist primary Cisco Telephony System Administrator in the maintenance and support for an enterprise level Cisco Telephony System.
• Provide 2nd-level maintenance, and support for an Enterprise Internet Perimeter Infrastructure including after hours if required.
• Provide first-level support for enterprise level systems including: web-filtering, multifactor authentication, secure file transfer and SSL-VPN.
• Pro-actively monitor data and voice network to maximize network availability. Provide required network management reports.
• Monitor and review system, application and security logs across assigned systems to ensure that all are functional and secure. Consults with vendors as required.
• Identify, define and accurately document all detected / reported problems and activities into the Information Technology call tracking system.
• Create system models, specifications, diagrams and document system operational procedures to enhance functions
• Perform all duties in accordance with prescribed regulatory compliance guidelines.
• Perform related and unrelated duties as may be required.
• Refer sales opportunities to other departments or bank affiliates in support of established objectives.
• Assist with IS Department Projects as required.
