Job summary

Qualifications

• Security experience is required.
• High-level technical design and delivery responsibility.
• Willingness to travel within a 1-hour radius; travel up to 50% as required by clients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery and installation of technology meeting QA standards.
• Assist design and development tasks with technical and project teams.
• Organize and manage all project phases for on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Drive investigation and resolution of issues as they arise.
• Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks to ensure successful production delivery.
• Communicate with all parties to meet customer expectations.
• Provide status updates on outstanding customer issues pre- and post-delivery.
• Follow up with customers to verify final resolution and satisfaction.
• Interface with technical staff for unresolved customer problems.
• Participate in data center responsibilities: capacity, performance, and project implementation.
• Travel up to 50% as required by client engagements.
