Job summary

RedStream Technology is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design and operate a large-scale, multi-site enterprise network. The role leads incident response and implements remediation to improve uptime across 1,800–2,000+ locations and data-center connectivity.

You will drive modernization of SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, security edge, and cloud connectivity in collaboration with carriers and Cisco/Meraki teams. Responsibilities include designing firewall platforms, managing ExpressRoute/Megaport

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of related experience in a large enterprise network.
7+ years of network engineering experience across WAN/LAN/Wi-Fi environments.
Experience with CiscoFirepower/FTD and Meraki-based networks.
Experience with ExpressRoute and third-party connectivity providers (Megaport).
Strong documentation and change-management discipline, plus good communication.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and support enterprise firewall/security platforms (Cisco Firepower/FTD).
Design and operate hybrid cloud connectivity (Azure ExpressRoute, Megaport) with multi-carrier interconnects.
Engineer and maintain routing (OSPF/BGP) and traffic-path control across the enterprise.
Administer and support Cisco Meraki environments at scale, incl. templates and lifecycle.
Design and optimize SD-WAN connectivity and hub/spoke architectures.
Own WAN circuit lifecycle, including turn-ups, outages, and restoration verification.
Develop network automation using Python/PowerShell and Meraki APIs.
Create and maintain runbooks, standards, and network diagrams; communicate updates clearly.
Lead incident troubleshooting as Tier 3, with root-cause analysis and remediation.
