You will validate newly installed equipment, confirm communication across devices, document results, and escalate issues as needed while collaborating with field technicians and network engineers.

Qualifications

• Experience in Help Desk, Service Desk, Technical Support, Desktop Support, NOC, or similar environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and follow established procedures.
• Strong documentation and ticket-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple technical issues and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise network deployments across hundreds of retail locations.
• Collaborate with field technicians after new equipment is installed.
• Follow standardized network validation and checkout procedures.
• Verify connectivity and functionality of switches, routers, wireless access points, cameras, and VoIP devices.
• Perform basic troubleshooting when equipment or connectivity is not functioning as expected.
• Escalate more complex problems to network engineers.
• Track deployment progress and outstanding technical issues.
• Document troubleshooting, validation results, and completed work in Jira Service Desk.
• Develop greater troubleshooting ownership as knowledge of the environment grows.
