Job summary

Network Craze is seeking a Network Support Technician to join our service team in Williston, VT. You will handle third-party maintenance support, troubleshoot network issues, and coordinate hardware replacements for enterprise clients.

The role involves on-site work with some remote days, customer communication, and collaboration with engineers and sales to deliver effective IT solutions. Prior Cisco CCNA and hands-on IT repair experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Cisco CCNA certification preferred.
• 2+ years experience working with computers, networking, and IT environments.
• 1+ years experience troubleshooting/help desk experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft products (Windows, Office 365, etc).
• Electronics, computer, or other types of technical repair work.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and video to investigate network problems and coordinate resolutions.
• Provide troubleshooting and remote assistance, and coordinate hardware replacements as part of ProCare service.
• Document tickets and maintain accurate records; manage customer communications and service levels.
• Work with sales team to provide technical information for customer solutions during the sales process.
• Collaborate with engineers on more complex IT projects and services.
