Job summary

Teceze seeks a Network Support Engineer – Band 2 to support enterprise network and data center environments in Cincinnati. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, monitoring, and hardware support across Cisco switching/Routing and wireless access points.

You will manage VLANs, fiber connectivity, VoIP issues, and collaborate with internal teams, customers, and vendors. Flexibility for shift work and on-call coverage is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Network/Data Center Support.
• Experience with Cisco switches/routers and wireless APs.
• Experience VLAN and switch port management.
• Experience fiber link troubleshooting.
• Experience network hardware support.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow/ITSM.
• Basic AD/Exchange/File services knowledge.
• Data Center IMACD experience.
• Proficient in English; local language proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in enterprise networks and data centers.
• Monitor networks and perform hardware support and maintenance.
• Manage VLANs and switch ports; troubleshoot fiber connectivity.
• Provide VoIP troubleshooting and coordinate with internal teams, customers, and vendors.
• Provide on-call support and participate in shift rotations.
