Job summary

TECEZE is seeking a Network Support Engineer – Band 2 to support enterprise network and data center environments in Cincinnati. The role emphasizes network troubleshooting, monitoring, VLAN management, and VoIP troubleshooting, with coordination across internal teams, customers, and vendors.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Cisco switches/routers and wireless APs, strong English communication, and flexibility for shift work and on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Network/Data Center Support.
• Experience with Cisco switches/routers and wireless access points.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes (ServiceNow) and AD/Exchange.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and monitor enterprise network and data center environments.
• Provide hardware support, VLAN management, and VoIP troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and vendors; participate in on-call rotations.

Job Description

• We are looking for a Network Support Engineer – Band 2 to support enterprise network and data center environments.
• The role involves network troubleshooting, monitoring, hardware support, VLAN management, VoIP troubleshooting, and coordination with internal teams, customers, and vendors.
• The candidate must be flexible to work shifts and provide on-call support when required.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in Network/Data Center Support
• Cisco Switches, Routers & Wireless Access Points
• VLAN and switch port management
• Fiber link and network connectivity troubleshooting
• Network switch/chassis hardware support
• SolarWinds or similar monitoring tools
• Basic Server, Storage & Operating System knowledge
• ServiceNow / ITSM knowledge
• Basic Active Directory, Exchange & File/Print Server knowledge
• Data Center IMACD experience
• Strong English communication and local language proficiency
• Flexible for shift and 24x7/on-call support
