TechDigital Group is seeking a Network Engineer to support Datacenter, Campus, and Satellite networks as part of a 24x7 operations team in Providence, RI. The role involves providing L2/L3 support for routing, switching, SD-WAN, VPN, and firewall technologies, and requires hands-on design, engineering, and implementation of network solutions.

The candidate will monitor and maintain security solutions, address vulnerabilities, and participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• L2/L3 support for routing, switching and security.
• Experience with ITSM processes.
• Ability to provide on-call support and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Network engineer to support Datacenter, Campus and Satellite networks as part of 24*7 team.
• Provide L2 and L3 support for Routing, Switching, SDWAN, AWS Cloud networking, VPN, Wired and Wireless, Firewall
• Monitor, update and maintain network and security solutions in line with best practices and address vulnerabilities
• Provide hands-on support for datacenter and campus network
• Design, engineer and implement network solutions
• On-call support
• Experienced with ITSM processes
