Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Customer Engineering Specialist - Network Services to guide customers through design, POC and deployment of Magic Transit, WAN, and One. You will partner with sales teams to tailor network and security solutions, perform technical discovery, demos and workshops, and help customers modernize hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

Fluent English and 5+ years in pre-sales or systems engineering are required, with hands-on routing and DDoS expertise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Engineering, Pre-sales, Solutions or Systems Engineering, or Technical Sales.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers choose the right Cloudflare network and security solution for their business needs.
• Lead qualified prospects through Solution Design and POC.
• Plan and run POCs for Magic Transit, WAN, and CNI-related implementations.
• Understand customer topology, IP addressing, routing policy and security requirements to design hybrids with public cloud providers.
• Run technical discovery, demos and workshops in the pre-sales cycle; support RFP/RFI responses.
• Explain benefits of Magic Transit, WAN, and One versus traditional approaches.
• Collaborate with GTM partners to achieve pipeline and revenue goals.
• Present network and security transformation messages to senior technical leaders.
• Capture product gaps and feed them back to Product and Engineering.
