Job summary

Turnberry Solutions is seeking a Network Solutions Architect to join its Digital Modernization practice. The role focuses on enterprise network strategy, design across facilities, data centers, Azure, and remote access, and modernization initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in enterprise networking, strong leadership, and expertise in security and cloud connectivity. The position offers a hybrid work model with opportunities to influence enterprise-scale architecture and strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT/Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise network architecture standards, principles, and reference designs.

Responsibilities

  • Stay current on networking, cloud, security, and infrastructure trends
• Executive and Stakeholder Engagement
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders
  • Present architecture recommendations and strategic roadmaps to leadership teams
  • Facilitate technical discussions across infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, manufacturing, and business teams
  • Provide thought leadership during planning, budgeting, and prioritization exercises
• Security and Resilience
  • Ensure security principles are incorporated into all network designs
  • Improve network resilience, redundancy, and disaster recovery capabilities
  • Partner with cybersecurity teams to identify and mitigate infrastructure risks
  • Support compliance, audit, and governance requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
• 10+ years of enterprise networking experience
• 5+ years of experience in network architecture, solution architecture, or technical leadership positions
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale network solutions
• Strong understanding of network architecture principles, routing, switching, security, and cloud connectivity
• Experience leading infrastructure transformation or modernization initiatives
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to influence decisions across technical and business audiences

The salary range for this role is $115,000 to $165,000 or the hourly equivalent.
