Job summary

Turnberry Solutions is seeking a Network Solutions Architect to join its Digital Modernization practice. The role focuses on enterprise network strategy, design across facilities, data centers, Azure, and remote access, and modernization initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in enterprise networking, strong leadership, and expertise in security and cloud connectivity. The position offers a hybrid work model with opportunities to influence enterprise-scale architecture and strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT/Engineering.
10+ years of enterprise networking experience.
5+ years in network architecture or technical leadership roles.
Experience designing enterprise-scale network solutions.
Strong understanding of routing, switching, security, and cloud connectivity.
Experience leading infrastructure transformation initiatives.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to influence decisions across technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain enterprise network architecture standards, principles, and reference designs.
Develop multi-year network modernization roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend strategic investments.
Establish architecture governance and design standards for enterprise network solutions.
Partner with Enterprise Architecture and Cybersecurity teams to ensure alignment with corporate technology strategies.
Lead architecture and solution design across facilities, data centers, Azure, remote access, and VPN services.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures.
Create architecture diagrams, design documents, standards, and implementation guidance.
Support project teams through planning, design, implementation, and operational transition activities.
Ensure security principles are incorporated into all network designs.
Improve network resilience, redundancy, and disaster recovery capabilities.
