Job summary

Raytheon Network Services Site Lead (RNSL) is a senior role within Raytheon Digital Technology Infrastructure Transformation. Hybrid work at key Raytheon sites (Andover, MA; McKinney, TX; Tucson, AZ; Huntsville, AL) with occasional travel to support network services, including LAN/WAN/WLAN/voice/DAS.

The role emphasizes operational leadership, demand intake, and cross-functional coordination to align with the enterprise roadmap and ensure service health.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years' experience.
• Experience in IT infrastructure, network service delivery, IT service management, or comparable experience.
• U.S. Citizen – ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.
• Experience with enterprise networking services (LAN, WAN, WLAN, voice, cellular/DAS) and related operational impacts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key point of contact for network service requests at Raytheon sites.
• Coordinate site-level activities across SSDT, ES, MSP, vendors, and facilities teams for LAN/WAN/WLAN/voice/DAS projects.
• Act as strategic partner and escalation point for network transformation initiatives.
• Oversee site readiness tasks and circuit delivery alignment with inputs and dependencies.
• Engage in guiding incident response and serve as a communication bridge to stakeholders.
