RTX seeks a Network Service Lead to coordinate network service delivery across Raytheon sites in the US. You will qualify demand, gather requirements, and synchronize with delivery teams to ensure timely, high‑quality outcomes.

This hybrid role requires IT infrastructure experience, enterprise networking, and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance. Travel to major hubs may be required; a competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualificações

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years’ experience.
• Experience in IT infrastructure, network service delivery, IT service management, or comparable experience.
• U.S. Citizen – The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
• Experience with enterprise networking services (LAN, WAN, WLAN, voice, cellular/DAS) and related operational impacts.

Responsabilidades

• Site-Level Operational Leadership: Serve as the key point of contact for network service requests at supported Raytheon sites, qualifying demand, performing upfront requirement gathering.
• Demand Intake & Requirements Analysis: Manage intake for network-related engagements, ensuring requests are properly categorized, documented, and prepared for prioritization within the BU’s scoring model.
• Execution Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the day‑to‑day coordination hub between the business unit (BU) and delivery teams (ES/MSP/SSDT) to ensure timely and quality outcomes.
• Operational Oversight & Issue Management: Drive local‑level issue follow‑up, ensuring MSP/ES resolve incidents aligned with SLAs and elevate issues appropriately.
• Support for Lifecycle & Resiliency Programs: Contribute operational coordination for network refresh activities (WAN, LAN, WLAN, voice, inside/outside plant fiber), UPS lifecycle programs, DAS modernization, and special unclassified program networks.
• Governance & Reporting: Provide structured updates to the SDL, including site‑level progress, operational risks, recurring pain points, and local environmental factors.
