Job summary

Raytheon Network Services Site Lead (RNSL) is a senior role within Raytheon Digital Technology Infrastructure Transformation. The position supports a multi-site network delivery model across Raytheon locations, including McKinney, Tucson, Andover, and Huntsville, with travel as needed.

The RNSL acts as the operational liaison among business units, SSDT, ES, and MSPs for LAN/WAN/WLAN/voice/DAS services. The ideal candidate brings extensive IT infrastructure experience, strong coordination skills,

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in IT infrastructure and network service delivery.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain DoD security clearance.
• Experience with enterprise networking services (LAN/WAN/WLAN/voice/DAS).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for network service requests at Raytheon sites.
• Coordinate site-level activities across SSDT, ES, MSP, vendors, and facilities.
• Guide incident response and communicate with stakeholders.
• Manage intake and prioritization of network engagements.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams to ensure timely outcomes.
