Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Network Services Site Lead to support a multi-site, service-oriented network delivery model. You will coordinate LAN/WAN/WLAN, voice, and DAS services as a primary operations liaison across multiple Raytheon units and MSPs.

The role emphasizes strategic coordination, incident guidance, and governance across SSDT/ES/MSP with travel to major hubs such as Andover, MA, McKinney, TX, and others.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree with 5 years' experience.
• U.S. Citizen – must be able to obtain/maintain U.S. government security clearance.
• Experience with enterprise networking services (LAN/WAN/WLAN/voice/DAS) and related operational impacts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the site-level leader for network service requests and qualification of demand.
• Coordinate cross-site activities across SSDT, ES, MSP, vendors and facilities teams to deliver LAN/WAN/WLAN/voice/DAS projects.
• Act as escalation point for network transformation initiatives and align with the technical roadmap.
• Oversee site readiness tasks including MDF/IDF validation, site access coordination, and circuit delivery.
• Guide incident response and communicate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
