Job summary

Raytheon is hiring a Network Services Site Lead (RNSL) to support a modern, service-oriented network delivery model across multiple Raytheon locations, including McKinney, TX. The RNSL serves as the primary liaison among business units, SSDT, ES, and MSPs for LAN, WAN, WLAN, voice, and cellular/DAS.

This senior individual contributor role requires deep knowledge of network service operations, strong coordination, and the ability to navigate a complex enterprise IT environment.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years' experience.
• Experience in IT infrastructure, network service delivery, IT service management, or comparable experience.
• U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day coordination hub between the BU and delivery teams to ensure timely, quality outcomes.
• Coordinate site-level activities across SSDT, ES, MSP, vendors, and facilities to ensure successful LAN/WAN/WLAN/voice/DAS projects.
• Guide incident response and resolution, and communicate with appropriate parties as a liaison.
• Oversee site readiness tasks and ensure alignment with enterprise network standards and project dependencies.
• Support governance, KPI reporting, and monthly briefings with stakeholders.
