Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Manager, Network Services to drive the enterprise network strategy and oversee daily operations across data centers, WAN, cloud, and infrastructure. You will lead network engineers, contractors, and vendors while advancing modernization initiatives.

The role requires 10 years of experience with at least 5 years in leadership, strong communication, and stakeholder management skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 10 years of experience including at least 5 years in leadership roles
• Results-oriented with accountability

Responsibilities

• Execute enterprise network strategy and roadmap for data centers, WAN, and cloud
• Evaluate and implement emerging network technologies
• Drive automation to reduce manual effort and errors
• Serve as senior escalation point during critical incidents
• Design and support SD-WAN, LAN, data center networking, and wireless infrastructure
• Ensure network reliability, performance, observability, and security
• Enforce network security policies and regulatory compliance
• Mentor and develop network professionals and manage service providers
• Collaborate with IT and business leaders to deliver high-quality network services
