Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Manager of Network Services to lead the enterprise network strategy and daily operations across data centers, WAN, and cloud environments. You will manage network engineers and contractors, drive modernization, and ensure reliable, secure network services while supporting talent development.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field and 10 years of experience, including 5 years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Execute the strategic vision and roadmap for enterprise network services.
• Evaluate and implement emerging network technologies.
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and errors.
• Serve as senior escalation point during critical network incidents.
• Design, implement, and support SD-WAN, LAN, data center networking, and wireless infrastructure.
• Ensure network reliability, performance, observability and security.
• Enforce network security policies and compliance requirements and participate in security audits.
• Assist with budget planning, vendor management, and contract negotiations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of network professionals and managed service partners.
• Collaborate with business and IT leaders to deliver high-quality network services.
