Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Manager, Network Services to drive the enterprise network strategy and oversee daily operations of network systems across data centers, WAN, and cloud. You will lead engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure reliability and security.

The role emphasizes automation, collaboration with IT and business leaders, and budget/contract oversight. A Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of network experience with leadership are required; CCNA/CCNP/CCIE preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 10 years of network experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-focused with emphasis on service excellence.
• Ability to build high-performing teams and foster collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Execute the strategic vision and roadmap for enterprise network services.
• Evaluate and implement emerging network technologies.
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and human error.
• Serve as a senior escalation point during critical network incidents.
• Design, implement, and support SD-WAN, LAN, data center networking, and wireless infrastructure.
• Ensure network reliability, performance, scalability, observability, and security.
• Implement and enforce network security policies and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with business and IT leaders to deliver high-quality network services.
