The role includes troubleshooting end-user issues, coordinating with IT teams, documenting changes, and staying current with security trends to protect member data and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years of network and security administration experience.
• Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Knowledge of firewalls, IDS/IPS, encryption, and secure configurations.
• Familiarity with data privacy practices and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist network issues via ticket, phone, and email support.
• Maintain and upgrade network hardware, software, and configurations.
• Implement and monitor security measures including firewalls and encryption.
• Document processes and changes; liaise with vendors.
• Provide end-user training and escalation when needed.
