Job summary

Chicago Public Schools (CPS) is seeking a Network School Support Administrator (NSSA) for Network 14 in Chicago. This full-time exempt role reports to the Network Chief of Schools and coordinates initiatives to support parents, principals, and network leaders.

Location is central and on-site, with a focus on efficient district-wide operations and accountability. Responsibilities include monitoring district initiatives, supervising network staff, managing budgets and contracts, and coordinating

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of Resident Principal, Assistant Principal, and/or Principal experience required; Administrative Endorsement and leadership experience expected.
• Ability to manage and supervise district-level staff and budgets.
• Strong knowledge of district policies and governance structures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate multiple initiatives to support parents, community stakeholders, principals, and network leaders.
• Partner with Central Office function owners to build efficient systems of operation.
• Monitor district initiatives using data and ensure alignment with CPS policy.
• Manage school budgets, contracts, and policy alignment; escalate concerns as needed.
• Support and supervise Network Office staff and dotted line resources; conduct performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with CO departments to support school operations and emergency planning.
