What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee onboarding and implementation of Enterprise WiFi solutions, including WiFi AirPass and Open Roaming
- Manage deployment activities for the successful integration of new products and services
- Assess WiFi performance at Enterprise locations post-launch and collaborate with technical experts for optimization
- Facilitate regular meetings with internal and external stakeholders to provide program updates
- Drive process improvements and establish national standards for superior network quality

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience, including military experience or specialized training
- At least 2 years of project/program management experience
- A minimum of 2 years of System Performance/RF experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge and understanding of 5G and 4G RAN technologies
- Familiarity with WiFi architecture and systems
- Background in data analytics and visualization
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiating skills
