Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for directing in-house crews and subcontractors. You will work directly with customers and be involved in bidding and billing projects. You believe in doing the job right, being the best, and you're up for the challenge.

Required Program Experience:

• Autocad
• Bluebeam
• PDF

• Microsoft Office

Work Experience:

Must have Wireless Telecom Experience (AT&T) and have a clear understanding of Ericsson equipment.

In addition, you will:

• Maintain strong and open relationships with owners, clients, government agencies, and trade associations.
• Ensure constant communication between all estimators, engineers, project superintendents, and administrative staff.
• Attend project meetings with the owner.
• Ensure that a correct budget is set up for each job.
• Ensure timely approval of invoices and expenses associated with projects, either by direct performance or delegated authority.
• Ensure that job forecasts are accurate and thoroughly document the cost to complete each month for all projects.
• Manage all monthly billings in a timely and accurate manner.
• Review billing with subcontractors and ensure compliance documentation is on file.
• Utilize approved collection practices to ensure timely payments.
• Gather documentation for change orders, change of conditions, and ROI's; document work in progress to ensure proper compensation.
• Purchase or oversee the purchasing of materials and subcontracted work efficiently.
• Coordinate with operations management to provide field teams with necessary resources.
• Ensure project compliance with stormwater management, OSHA, and other regulations, maintaining complete documentation.
• Complete all project closeout paperwork promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Must have map analysis, tower analysis, and basic CAD knowledge.

Remote Opportunity - Must reside in Pacific or Central Time Zones.

Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000/year, depending on experience

• You possess good hand-eye coordination and visual clarity.
• You can read blueprints accurately and communicate progress effectively.
• You have safety training and OSHA knowledge.
