Job description

Genesis10 is currently seeking an Agile Project Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 24+ month contract position.

Responsibilities:

1. Drive Agile projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment across business and technical teams
2. Lead daily stand-ups and weekly planning meetings to track progress and remove blockers
3. Translate technical concepts from engineering teams into business-friendly language, and vice versa
4. Provide change leadership and own product delivery from ideation through execution
5. Serve as the main point of contact for business owners, managing expectations and guiding stakeholders with a leadership mindset
6. Leverage Oracle and SQL to support data-related aspects of the project
7. Focus on international wire payments, particularly those involving Canada and AFT processes
8. Manage strong personalities and competing priorities with professionalism and clarity

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, or similar experience, or an equivalent combination of consulting experience, military service, or education
• Proven change leadership experience
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership
• Hands-on product ownership in an Agile environment
• Full understanding of Agile frameworks and methodologies
• Oracle and SQL experience
• Expertise in international wire payments, with Canadian AFT experience strongly preferred

Pay Range:

$72,000 - $82,000
