Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking engineers to build and maintain embedded networking solutions for AWS Networking, powering a vast global cloud network.

You’ll work on Linux-based devices, network protocols, and scalable platforms, collaborating with software and hardware teams to deliver reliable, high-performance networking devices. You will join a team focused on building a portfolio of networking devices that form the building blocks of the Amazon network, driving innovation and scale

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems.
• Experience in Linux and Networking protocols.
• Experience with Rust, Go, C and/or C++ languages.
• 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Experience with Networking, Linux Kernel and/or Forwarding Stack.
