Job summary

The Exchange in Dallas, TX is seeking an IT network management leader to support Exchange networks and planning of complex systems. You will ensure service levels, security, and compliance while guiding developers and users on IT capabilities and procedures.

Responsibilities include leading major network projects, documenting SOPs, disaster recovery planning, and providing second-level support for non-routine events. On-site HQ, occasional after-hours work may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; CCNA/CCNP/CCIE a plus.
• Five years of experience in the last six years working on Cisco routers and switches.
• Or: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and three years of experience in the last five years working primarily on Cisco routers and switches.
• Experience in PC or server does not meet this requirement.

Responsibilities

• Plans and evaluates complex network systems.
• Makes recommendations for growth and system improvement.
• Provides assistance in network planning, engineering architecture and the development of technical standards and interface applications.
• Provides resolution of network problems.
• Evaluates new products to support the network.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
