Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of enterprise network technologies and architectures.
• Experience leading network incidents, change leadership, and problem management.
• Strong ITIL foundations and service management practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration, support, and continuous improvement of the Network and Operations Service Portfolio.
• Act as senior technical escalation point for complex incidents and outages.
• Define network standards, architecture, and strategic direction for the enterprise network.
