Job summary

Flint Hills Resources is seeking a Network Analyst to support the network infrastructure and technology stack that enables secure, reliable, and scalable connectivity for business operations. You will monitor, manage incidents, and assist in ensuring production systems are available and performing within expected baselines.

You will join a small, collaborative team with end-to-end ownership of the tech stack, offering broad exposure to network security, cloud connectivity, and related systems in

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure (routing, switching, firewall).
• Experience with network monitoring, incident management, and production support.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, OSPF/BGP, VPNs.
• Understanding of firewall rules, segmentation, and access control.
• Experience with 24x7x365 industrial/enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor for and respond to failures across network infrastructure and connectivity services.
• Monitor and optimize network performance using tools to ensure scalability, resilience, and availability.
• Participate in lifecycle management: provisioning, patching, firmware upgrades, configuration, and documentation across devices.
• Support firewall policy management, network segmentation, and secure connectivity.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
