Job summary

Flint Hills Resources is seeking a Network Analyst to support the network infrastructure and security, ensuring reliable, scalable connectivity for critical operations. You will contribute to monitoring, lifecycle management, configuration, and incident response across routing, switching, firewalls, and cloud networking.

The role involves on-call rotation, occasional travel to remote locations, and collaboration with a small, expert team that balances agile dynamics with enterprise scale.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure.
• Experience with monitoring, incident management, and production support.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, OSPF/BGP, VPNs.
• Understanding of firewall rules, segmentation, and access control.
• Experience managing complex network and cloud connectivity in 24x7x365 environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor for failures across network infrastructure and incidents; isolate faults and resolve complex issues.
• Monitor and optimize network performance; use SolarWinds and Tufin for baselines and capacity planning.
• Participate in device provisioning, patching, firmware upgrades, configuration management, and documentation.
• Support firewall policy management, network segmentation, and secure connectivity (VPNs).
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
