Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure (routing, switching, and firewall).
• Experience with network monitoring, incident management, and production support in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs, OSPF/BGP, VPNs).
• Understanding of network security principles, including firewall rules, segmentation, and access control.
• Experience managing complex network and cloud connectivity in 24x7x365 industrial or enterprise environments.
• This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Monitor for and respond to failures across network infrastructure and connectivity services impacting critical operations.
• Use tools to monitor performance, baselines, and capacity planning for scalability and availability.
• Participate in lifecycle management: device provisioning, patching, firmware upgrades, configuration, and documentation.
• Support firewall policy management, network segmentation, and secure connectivity (VPNs) per security standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
