Job summary

Flint Hills Resources seeks a Network Analyst to support the network infrastructure and related services across routing, switching, firewalls, and cloud networking. You will monitor performance, lead incident response, and participate in lifecycle management to ensure reliable, scalable connectivity across production systems.

The role involves on-call rotation, travel to remote locations, and collaboration with a small, agile team working within a larger enterprise.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure including routing, switching, and firewall technologies.
• Experience with network monitoring, incident management, and production support in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs, OSPF/BGP, VPNs).
• Understanding of network security principles including firewall rules, segmentation, and access control.
• Experience managing complex network and cloud connectivity in industrial or enterprise environments.
• This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Monitor for and respond to failures across network infrastructure and connectivity services.
• Monitor and optimize network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Tufin.
• Participate in lifecycle management: provisioning, patching, firmware upgrades, configuration, documentation.
• Support firewall policy management, network segmentation, and secure connectivity.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
