Job summary

Flint Hills Resources is seeking a Network Analyst to support the network infrastructure, monitor performance, and participate in lifecycle management across routing, switching, firewalls, and cloud connectivity. Role involves on-call rotation and occasional travel to remote locations.

You will help ensure reliability, security, and scalability of production networks, with exposure to incident response and capacity planning in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure including routing, switching, and firewall technologies.
• Experience with network monitoring, incident management, and production support in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs, OSPF/BGP, VPNs).
• Knowledge of firewall rules, segmentation, and access control; experience in 24x7x365 environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor for and respond to failure modes across network infrastructure and connectivity services.
• Monitor and optimize network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Tufin; support capacity planning.
• Participate in lifecycle management: device provisioning, patching, firmware upgrades, configuration, and documentation.
• Support firewall policy management, network segmentation, and secure connectivity (VPNs).
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
